Program Review Stockbridge will review the effectiveness of the in-force benefits program, identifying current benefit-related challenges and developing objectives with regard to benefit designs, cost sharing and market selection. Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) When appropriate, Stockbridge will develop the RFP, which will outline your objectives and plan design requirements, including the appropriate mix of HMO, POS and PPO arrangements. Proposal Review and Analysis Stockbridge provides an unbiased analysis of the vendor’s proposals assessing compliance with all plan specifications and objectives as well as providing an understanding of a particular vendor’s service, flexibility and unique strengths. Program Implementation Stockbridge will manage every facet of the communication process; developing and adhering to a timetable for delivery of written communication including coordinating the staffing of employee meetings.
